Welcome to the Green Diamond Cannabis Collective, showing appreciation for cannabis and the cannabis Industry! Which saved my life from a kid to an adult 💚🌳💚

Childhood Acute Leukemia survivor 1997-2001 22 years in remission! Marinol THC Delta9 saved my life and I am forever grateful 💚

How cannabis changed my life pt 1 From age 1- 3 everything seem to be normal. At age 4 my mom said I wasn’t looking right and she noticed a small black spot on my thigh. She took me to the doctor and on May 8th 1997 Linda Purcell of Preferred Pediatrics diagnosed me with Acute lymphatic leukemia stage 3 cancer. I was taken to Fairfax children’s hospital to start chemotherapy immediately, I dint even get to go home for a change of clothes. Within a year I was completely bald and I remember my dad shaving his head along side me for support. During these rounds of chemotherapy I was completely drained of energy, I remember receiving around 5-10 rounds of blood being taken daily. I remember sitting in those big rooms with the chairs watching kids just like me go through the same thing wondering if we were ever going to be able to go outside and play with the other kids. I remember playing paper boy,Mario cart and other games on the 64 they had in the lobby. Everyday I wishing I could go home and play at home. Memories il never forget . It made me forever grateful for this thing we call life, even with all the bad it’s still life and you don’t know when it can possibly taken from you. Be grateful for life!

How cannabis changed my life Pt2 Life was hard for my mom and dad, my dad was working a lot so it was mostly her watching over me with the help of my grandparents. My grandfather would stop by everyday after working on the DC Metro. It was about 18 months- 2 years in and I’m getting worse and worse my appetite is minimal. One day the doctor, Jay Greenberg said there isn’t a lot of options left to get my appetite back so I can continue the chemotherapy to get to the remission process. My mom asked what could we do? He said there is a new drug called Marinol (THC) that is being used in California to treat cancer patients. My mom without hesitation told them to bring in the papers for her to sign. This process by the DEA and other agencies was a little crazy but she got it done. They brought it in and gave me 1 liquid drop by mouth and within in 20 mins I had an appetite which I haven’t had in over a year or two. I was energetic again, bouncing up and down on the hospital bed my mom was so shocked! She said I immediately asked for her to go down to the gift shop and get me some butterfinger bbs. I was finally myself again There was some good in it all, I was fortunate enough right before my chemotherapy started to have been gifted a wish from Make a Wish Foundation. My wish was to go to Disneyland! My mom woke me up around 3 am and told me we’re going to Disneyland and I said when? She said right now look out the window! There was a limo waiting in the driveway to take us to the airport! Unfortunately when we landed it was the middle of a hurricane so we had to wait it out but after that it was a great time! I was also fortunate enough to have GiftKidsTheWorld give me the opportunity to meet some of my favorite wrestlers! I was a big fan of wrestling as a kid! I loved Sting and Rick Flair! Il never forget how they helped me forget what was about to happen to me. Thank you to those organizations that made those possible I can say without cannabis I wouldn’t be here. I owe my life to this plant and I will never forget what it did for me and has done for so many others. It’s always Power to the Plant
